New alliance launches campaign against EU Constitution

There is a new alliance forming in Ireland to campaign against EU Constitution. The reasons are the same as where sucsessfully used against the Nice Treaty, that the constitution would damage Ireland's neutrality, and thanks to the EU forgein policy that the constitution creates even more real than the last time. Should they sucseed will they be listened to, or once again told to vote again, and keep on voting, until they give the correct answer?
